Tucson has been in a drought for a while now and any rain that we get is always a blessing. The past few weeks have delivered regular monsoon storms as well as a major bubble of tropical moisture. It has been several days where we have received early morning rain and it has caused the rivers to swell and flow considerably. This is what the river looked like before the major rains we received on July 30th.
